All applications for sponsorship, exhibition and other forms of conference activities are only guaranteed on the basis of an early bird response. Our highly esteemed Sponsors for example enjoy great discounts and high returns for their investments as can be seeing on the sponsorship plan and payment page.

There are limited spaces for sponsorship and advertisement packages, all requests are treated on a first come first serve basis. Sponsorship and advertisements will be closed as soon as spaces are exhausted. Sponsorships and advertisements request are confirmed only when they are paid for.
